Griffin Kubik is an interesting site because of the DATA ... more data is dynamically generated to flood the homepage of the GKST website than any other website we know of.  That is exactly what they wanted.

 

From the beginning, the key members of the Griffin team shared their main goal ... to be a place where their clients and others could have fast access to 'fixed-income centric' real-time data.  A great group called Stockgroup feeds the pipe, and we recieve a whole bundle and sort it as fast as we can to organize the homepage.

 

GKST is one of the largest 'Fixed-income-only' investment banks in existence.  They have a very large, very interesting, trading floor in the Sears Tower that houses a trading desk of over 125 traders and sales representatives doing deals, placing trades, and making the market.  We were happy to develop the GKST website and provided following functionality to their site:  The ability to manage their content and their registered user roles, the ability to publish articles on their site, the ability to safe-guard their own research behind a login and password, and several mini-intranet sites for different sub-groups at the firm.  Numerous individuals at the firm can be given access to the site and be part of supplying the site with constantly changing, always current, information.
