David E. Risner, Partner
Dave's main responsibilites lie around New Business Development and Project Management.  With past positions in Engineering, Finance, and Sales, Dave offers an extremely positive perspective in regard to the BlueBolt team's capabilities.  Dave's most recent positions before partnering with a trusted past associate, Jason Lichon, were in several global investment banks, where he worked on Institutional Equity Sales.  In less than 3 years, Dave was involved with the marketing of over 100 Stock IPO's and secondary stock offerings (the largest of which were Google and Kraft Foods).  Dave has a BS in Industrial Engineering and Technology from Purdue University and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago.

Jason M. Lichon, Partner
Jason is BlueBolt's technical specialist and is crucial to all custom development projects.  Though he is fully capable as an actual software developer, a great deal of his duties now entail writing functional specifications and doing corresponding project management for very technical website applications.  Jason is a founding partner and previously worked for Fry, Inc., a premier Ecommerce enabler, and he can take claim to working on a number of world class website solutions, including JC Penny's, Eddie Bauer, Spiegel Catalog, Crate & Barrel, Amazon, and others.  Jason has a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Michigan.
