WEBSITE INTEGRATION (to Existing Systems)
Many times, we aren't the first software solution providers to show up at our clients' doors ... which means there are existing systems to hook into or otherwise integrate. Some of the ways we might integrate include the following:
Display of Dynamic Data
If data is being displayed or being pulled from another online location, we can use that data for charting, statistics, or to populate tables and our own database fields so that we can manipulate them for our own applications.
Custom applications for specific API's
Sometimes, we have been required to take the API for specific applications and make use of them on our own client pages. In some cases, this is very difficult, and in some cases it is simple...depending on the access granted through the API logic.
Integration into CRM applications
Some customers have CRM and Order Processing applications that require backfeeding data to inventory control systems, salesforce (and team) systems, pricing history models, and shipping tools.
