BlueBolt believes this:  WEBSITE OWNERS SHOULD HAVE CONTROL over their ow content.  Additionally, all website owners should have administrative control over the functional elements that make up their website.

There are many "Content Management Systems" to choose from...open source products, as well as commercial products.  Some have great communities built around them, and some are remarkably well supported.  BlueBolt has done a great amount of research into what platforms provide the best mix of value, functionality/features, control, upgradability, support, and much more.

It should be pointed out that he overall cost of a website greatly increases with less administrator control provided.  So,  the decisions made for what platforms to implement, and the chosen vendor to do the implementation is extremely important, and can have drastic affects on profitablity.
