The Solution BlueBolt created a custom search wizard that lets customers filter fabrics by several different variables to narrow the selection. Visitors can easily add and delete portions of search criteria, and the wizard is AJAX enabled, meaning that it will quickly load the results right in front of the visitors eyes without having to refresh the page. The Results The custom wizard created a much improved product selection process for customers, as well as increased management capabilities for Lutron.
