Spending limits per user — Native Shopify B2B has no spending limits per user or location. B2B Company Controls adds per-user spending caps, so a junior buyer on a wholesale account can’t run up a large balance before anyone notices.

Audit trail — Activity logs track all interactions by a B2B customer. When a disputed invoice hits AR, you have a record of who placed the order, who approved it, and when. That’s useful both for collections and for early detection of accounts behaving strangely.
