Switching from DNN to BigCommerce brought extensive ecommerce tools, including B2B and B2C capabilities, flexible content management, and scalable infrastructure. This allows Music Direct to efficiently manage promotions and pricing. BlueBolt also integrated BravoSquared to merge content and commerce, boosting user engagement.

With the new platform, Music Direct can handle sales peaks like Black Friday. The BlueBolt partnership underscores their commitment to innovation and superior user experiences.
